From raw material to finished products, we have a strictly quality control system, when we purchase the raw material from factory, we will check its chemical composition by professional machine, as usual, we have different quality strategy from high to normail: HSSM35 Cobalt drill bits-HSSM2 - HSS4341- HSS4241.
Our customer will choose which quality they need, then we will start to produce.
After finsh, we will check the quality again: first confirm the material, as usual, our inspector will take some video, then send to our customer for checking. each drill bits, we will check other details: degree, total length, working length, surface, stamping and package... to make sure all goods will be perfect when our customer receive it.
For each order, we will keep reserve some samples, product and package. take all sizes photos. before shipment, we will send these photos to our customers. after they confirm, we will arrange the shipment.
